If we do this, then there will be invisible borders around the top of attached
modal dialogs, which is unnecessary -- they can't be resized from the top
border and just interfere with the parent dialog.
This requires changing a bit of API to help identify the type of dialog.

Our usage of DamageReportBoundingBox was causing us to miss some
updates when an area of the screen was drawn twice in rapid
succession. Add an explicit XSync() call to force the server
to flush rendering to the kernel before we draw.

When the clip contains two rectangles which do not intersect it was
generating a clip bounds where the bottom-right corner was above or to
the left of the top-left corner. This would end up allowing the pixels
between the two rectangles instead of clipping everything like it
should. To fix this there is now an extra check which detects this
situation and just clears the clip bounds to all zeroes in a similar
way to what cogl-clip-stack does.

If XRANDR is availible, we track the first (or primary) output per
crtc (== xinerama monitor) so when the monitors change we can try
to find the same output and move windows there. If we can't find the
original monitor in the new set (or XRANDR is not supported) we move
the window to the primary monitor.

Commit 12b3d21a changed cogl-path so that it will use the vertex
attribute API to stroke the path in a similar way to how it was using
the API to fill the path. However it wasn't clearing the stroke buffer
when the path is modified so it would continue to use the unmodified
stroke.

The ignored_serials member of Display refers explicitly to crossing
serials - rename the member and associated functions and constants
for clarity.

For god-knows-what reason, at-spi is trying various formats
of strings when registering listeners, triggering an ugly
(gnome-shell:4411): Clutter-WARNING **: invalid object type create
warning in .xsession-errors. Stop doing that.
Also don't leak temporary string arrays that are a side-effect
of passing parameters around as formatted strings.
