1ef85372cc actor: Add IN_DESTRUCTION checks
Commit 80626e75842a24c3d0a45068e241ba309f6ec138 removed an
IN_DESTRUCTION check from within the add_child_internal() method,
outlining an option for bringing it back. It was too late for the 1.10
cycle to do it, and eventually pick up the pieces, but now that we're
at the beginning of the 1.11 cycle we can restore it, and add checks
elsewhere to balance it.

67058229f0 Properly manage timeline refcounting in clutter_animation_set_timeline()
This patch fixes clutter to not crash when multiple animations share
the same timeline and the actors are explicitly destroyed before
the timeline completes (bug 672890)

c8b4939c7e Fix uninstalling default.so
We need a clean uninstall for 'make distcheck' to pass; libtool
hijinks leave a left-over plugins/default.so - remove it manually.

23046f6e28 stack: Fix crash when opening a full-screen window
When mutter recognizes a full-screen window, it tries to raise it to the top
of the stack. Unfortunately, a recent rewrite of the stack code didn't do
well with raising a window to the top of the stack if the stack wasn't in
a consistent state -- it would crash. Ensure that the stack is in a consistent
state at the top of meta_stack_raise/meta_stack_lower.

c9a81f035e Don't use any GL types or defines in Clutter
Some of the Clutter code was using GL types for the primitive types
such as GLint and GLubyte and then passing these to Cogl. This doesn't
make much sense because the Cogl functions directly take native C
types. This patch just replaces them with either a native C type or a
glib type.

Some of the cogl conformance tests are trying to directly call GL for
example to test creating a foreign texture. These tests have been
changed to manually define the GL enum values instead of relying on a
GL header to define them.

This is necessary because Cogl may soon stop including a GL header
from its public headers.

04f2be34b2 configure: Fix the -o operator in a call to test
The disjunction operator was misspelt as -O which tests whether the
following file is owned by the calling user. This doesn't take enough
arguments so bash was showing an error and the test was always
failing. This meant that NEED_XKB_UTILS was always false which should
have broken the build but the Makefile was mistakenly including
clutter-xkb-utils.c again if SUPPORT_WAYLAND is defined.

ae5f8323c1 gles2: Support the GL_EXT_unpack_subimage extension
This extension lets you upload texture data from a subregion of a
buffer by passing GL_UNPACK_ROW_LENGTH, GL_UNPACK_SKIP_PIXELS and
GL_UNPACK_SKIP_ROWS to glPixelStore. When this extension is available
the GLES texture driver will now avoid making a copy of the bitmap
when a subregion is used.

Note that Mesa doesn't currently advertise this extension but I've
made a patch to propose it:

21e304b339 gles: Support the GL_EXT_texture_format_BGRA8888 extension
This extension allows an application to upload data in BGRA format. We
can use this to avoid a conversion in Cogl whenever it is given BGRA
data. This is quite useful when uploading data generated by Cairo
because at least on little-endian architectures that ends up as BGRA.

The patch just makes the pixel_format_to_gl implementation return
GL_BGRA_EXT for the data format and internal format whenever
COGL_PIXEL_FORMAT_BGRA_8888{,_PRE} is used.

A small caveat with this patch is that once a texture is created as
GL_BGRA, when later using glTexSubImage2D to update the texture it
must always be given data as GL_BGRA. Currently this just works out
because we store the internal format of a texture as a CoglPixelFormat
and we already swizzle the data if it does not match exactly on GLES.
However if we later switch to using a different enum for internal
formats then we might lose the ability to store the component ordering
so we'll have to think of another way to do this.

60812e6a0e Add a vtable for the driver
Cogl already had a vtable for the texture driver. This ended up being
used for some things that are not strictly related to texturing such
as converting between pixel formats and GL enums. Some other functions
that are driver dependent such as updating the features were not
indirected through a vtable but instead switched directly by looking
at the ctx->driver enum value. This patch normalises to the two uses
by adding a separate vtable for driver functions not related to
texturing and moves the pixel format conversion functions to it from
the texture driver vtable. It also adds a context parameter to all of
the functions in the new driver vtable so that they won't have to rely
on the global context.
