8fb361cb26 Add META_TAB_LIST_NORMAL_ALL to MetaTabList enum
This is a new value, not associated with any keybindings, useful
when the WM needs to order the applications by last-interaction,
taking into account all windows.

103438cfe2 actor: Add ::transitions-completed signal
While you can get a per-transition notification of completion, it can be
convenient to also have a way to notify that all the transitions
involving an actor are complete. A simple signal triggered by the
removal of the last transition fits the bill pretty neatly.

4d42904fcc x11/stage: fix multi-stage support
When handling Configure events from the X server we update the
internal copy of the window size. Unfortunately we may be updating the
wrong stage implementation because we use the one related to the event
translator (which is the first created stage).

This patch fix flickering/redrawning issues with multi-stage by
looking for the right stage implementation associated with an XEvent.

335d211204 window: Stop a gcc warning
"warning: 'match_tile_mode' may be used uninitialized in this function", it
complains. It thinks it's not unused because of other values of
window->tile_mode, but other complex logic ensures that it can't be
META_TILE_MAXIMIZED, so this is a safe commit.

05f78306d1 actor: Avoid popping the easing state stack once too many
If restore_easing_state() is called on the last easing state on the
stack, clean up the stack, so that we don't leave stale pointers

229241b875 actor: Remove the implicit easing state save
When setting the easing mode, duration, or delay without having ever
called clutter_actor_save_easing_state(). It's confusing, and not
really nice.

In the future, we'll have a default easing state implicitly created by
the actor itself, but for the time being explicitly opting in is
preferrable.

7f64d6b92e window: Disallow maximization for windows that can't be maximized
Windows that have minimum widths larger than the screen can't be maximized,
even though we put them in a maximized state and allow users to do so:
the window just won't change size and position. Fix this by simply not giving
the option to maximize, like what happens for non-resizable windows.

8c1b2d5eda Simplify the frame testing logic in callers to grab borders
A lot of code did something similar to:

  MetaFrameBorders borders;

  if (window->frame)
    meta_frame_calc_borders (window->frame, &borders);
  else
    meta_frame_borders_clear (&borders);

Sometimes, the else part was omitted and we were unknowingly using
uninitalized values for OR windows. Clean this up by just testing
for a NULL frame in meta_frame_calc_borders and clearing for the
caller if so.

578b1c06c7 window: Fix meta_window_get_workspaces when a window isn't on a workspace
Since we're going to be evaluating the work area at startup now, we need
to make sure that we don't iterate over workspaces before they're assigned.
The easiest way to do this is to make sure that meta_window_get_workspaces
doesn't crash.

b6f5609b2f osx/stage: Synthesize an enter event on show
If the pointer is inside the window frame when it's shown then we need
to synthesize and emit a NSMouseEnterEvent ourselves, as Quartz won't
do it for us.

This is a bit of a blind commit - but it's taken from an equivalent
patch that has been verified to work in GDK.

a5f2f0fe2d journal: Don't push and pop the framebuffer when flushing
In theory none of the journal flushing code should be using anything
that relies on the global framebuffer stack because it should all be
using the new 2.0-style API which explicitly mentions the target
framebuffer. Eventually we want to get rid of the framebuffer stack so
we might as well remove the push and pop now.

ff48f3b174 journal: Always keep a pointer back to the framebuffer
Previously when adding a quad to the journal it would assume the
journal belongs to the framebuffer at the top of the framebuffer stack
and store a reference to that. We eventually want to get rid of the
framebuffer stack so we should avoid using it here. The journal now
takes a pointer back to the framebuffer in its constructor and it
always retains the pointer. As was done previously, the journal still
does not take a reference on the framebuffer unless it is non-empty so
it does not create a permanent circular reference.
