Although it's in a public header nothing should be using this define
since it's not documented what it could be used for. The cases where we
were using it internally were quite fragile because they were trying to
mask information from the least significant nibble of CoglPixelFormat
but really that nibble just has to be dealt with using lookup tables.
The least significant nibble of a pixel format gives information about
the bytes per pixel and whether the components are byte aligned but the
information needs to be accessed using
_cogl_pixel_format_get_byes_per_pixel() and
_cogl_pixel_format_is_endian_dependant().

Since (A & ~COGL_PREMULT_BIT) is basically as readable as (A &
COGL_UNPREMULT_MASK) this patch removes the mask define. Without the
mask the code is slightly more explicit and there's less risk in error
caused by us forgetting to update the COGL_UNPREMULT_MASK if the way
CoglPixelFormat is defined evolves.

This adds an internal utility function
_cogl_pixel_format_is_endian_dependant() that can query whether
accessing the components of a given format depends on the endianness of
the current host CPU or whether a pixel can be loaded as a word and
channels accessed using bit masking and shifting.

This moves _cogl_get_format_bpp from cogl-bitmap.c to cogl.c and renames
it to _cogl_pixel_format_get_bytes_per_pixel. This makes it clearer that
it doesn't return bits per pixel and makes the naming consistent with
other cogl api. The prototype has been moved to cogl-private.h since it
seems we should be aiming to get rid of cogl-internal.h at some point.
The patch also adds a simple gtk-doc comment since we might want to make
this api public.

So we can get to the point where cogl.h is merely an aggregation of
header includes for the 1.x api this moves all the function prototypes
and type definitions into a cogl-context.h and a new cogl1-context.h.
Ideally no code internally should ever need to include cogl.h as it just
represents the public facing header for accessing the 1.x api which
should only be used by Clutter.

Ideally we wouldn't have exposed cogl-texture-pixmap-x11.h as a
top level header and would have just automatically included it in cogl.h
but we already have code that assumes it can be directly included.
This ensures we define __COGL_H_INSIDE__ as a reminder that it is a top
level header in case we later need to include other cogl internal cogl
headers which would cause a build time error without this defined.

The cogl_public_h variable in cogl/Makefile.am was a mixture of 1.x
headers and experimental headers which meant that glib-mkenums was
processing lots of experimental api headers. This patch lists
experimental api headers under the cogl_experimental_h variable instead.
This patch also ensures we undef the COGL_ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL_* defines
when running the gobject introspection scanner for Cogl-1.0.gir

This was preventing Clutter from running its dispose, preventing
it from being destroyed correctly. While a major bug and possibly
big memory leak, the most obvious effect was the message that Clutter
spat out:
Clutter-CRITICAL **: clutter_actor_iter_next: assertion `ri->age == ri->root->priv->age' failed
Since we never disposed the actor correctly, it was never removed
from its parent, and the age wasn't updated correctly.
ATK_ROLE_CANVAS is not a suitable role, as the user (in general) can't
draw on the Stage. CallyStage implements AtkWindow, so the proper role
is ATK_ROLE_WINDOW
Removing atkcomponent, focus_tracker, etc. Emitting focus state change
from the stage. Now things are more simple, and stop to use some
of the soon-to-be-deprecated signals on ATK.
If we don't specify the dependency we may end up linking against a stale
libcogl.la, or, worse, a globally installed one.

It should be possible to do:
clutter_stage_set_fullscreen (stage, TRUE);
clutter_actor_show (stage);
and have the stage be full screen as soon as it is shown.
Currently, we need to call clutter_actor_realize() prior to calling
set_fullscreen(), otherwise the backing X window will not be set,
and ClutterStageX11 will silently discard the change.
If set_fullscreen() was called prior to realization, ClutterStageX11
should delay setting the fullscreen hint until the realize() chain
has been successfully executed.

If you execute the following sequence :
stage = clutter_stage_new ();
clutter_actor_set_size (stage, 1280, 800);
clutter_actor_realize (stage);
Then you end up creating an onscreen buffer of size 1280x800 but
ClutterStageX11 storing the stage size at 640x480.
This patch resync the 2 implementation by using the ClutterStage's
size in both classes when realizing.

Unconditionally creating CoglPipeline and CoglSnippets inside the class
initialization functions does not seem to be enough when dealing with
headless builds.
Our last resort is to lazily create the base pipeline the first time we
try to copy it, during the instance initialization.
The class initialization function may be called when Clutter hasn't been
fully initialized — for instance, when scanning the source with gtk-doc
or with the introspection scanner.
The allocation code for BoxLayout contains a sequence of brain farts
that make it barely working since the synchronization of the layout
algorithm to the one in GtkBox.
The origin of the layout is inverted, and it doesn't take into
consideration a modified allocation origin (for actors the provide
padding or margin).
The pack-start property is broken, and it only works because we walk the
children list backwards; this horribly breaks when a child changes
visibility. Plus, we count invisible children, which leads to
allocations getting insane origins (either close to -MAX_FLOAT or
MAX_FLOAT).
Finally, the allocation is applied twice even for non-animated cases.

This converts the blur, colorize and desaturate effects to use
snippets instead of CoglPrograms. Cogl can handle the snippets much
more efficiently than programs so this should be a performance win. It
also fixes the problem that Cogl would end up recompiling the program
for every instance of the effects because Clutter was not reusing the
same program.
