Carlos Garnacho	8b6ea12fac	backends/native: Add distinct meta-input-thread.h header ... Make it impossible to add individual includes of input thread objects. Carlos Garnacho	c03be03cd3	backends/native: Add a bunch of "_in_impl" suffixes to functions ... They're a dime a dozen. If it gets called exclusively from the input thread, it got one.
