backends/native: Check whether views are scaled via MetaViewportInfo

Browse Source 
The input thread is in deep water doing the meta_is_*() check itself,
as that pokes the MetaMonitorManager managed by the main thread. Use
the getter from the MetaViewportInfo instead.
