Neil Roberts 73b95dd451 cogland: Add an option to split the desktop into four outputs ... Previously Cogland would always split the desktop into four outputs. Although this is quite neat to demonstrate that it's possible, it's quite annoying in practice while testing. This patch turns it into a command line option which defaults to off.
