While we aren't using those destructured variables, they are still useful
to document the meaning of those elements. We don't want eslint to keep
warning about them though, so mark them accordingly.

Those unused arguments aren't bugs - unbeknownst to eslint, they all
correspond to valid signal parameters - but they don't contribute
anything to clarity, so just remove them anyway.

While we have some style inconsistencies - mostly regarding split lines,
i.e. aligning to the first arguments vs. a four-space indent - there are
a couple of places where the spacing is simply wrong. Fix those.
Spotted by eslint.

Selecting a screen area for a screenshot isn't the same as selecting
items in an icon view, so there's no strong rationale for picking
up the style from GTK. We stopped doing that for other elements like
tile previews long ago, so just use our own style here too.

ES6 finally adds standard class syntax to the language, so we can
replace our custom Lang.Class framework with the new syntax. Any
classes that inherit from GObject will need special treatment,
so limit the port to regular javascript classes for now.

A custom callback type is more convenient, but only as long as no
other callback type is required. We are about to add functionality
that does not return the filename to a screenshot saved on disk, so
prepare for that by moving to GIO's generic async callback pattern.

Remove any usage of MetaScreen, as it has been removed from libmutter
in the API version 3. The corresponding functionality has been moved
into three different places: MetaDisplay, MetaX11Display (for X11
specific functionality) and MetaWorkspaceManager.

When not using arrow notation with anonymous functions, we use Lang.bind()
to bind `this` to named callbacks. However since ES5, this functionality
is already provided by Function.prototype.bind() - in fact, Lang.bind()
itself uses it when no extra arguments are specified. Just use the built-in
function directly where possible, and use arrow notation in the few places
where we pass additional arguments.

Any symbols (including class properties) that should be visible
outside the module it's defined in need to be defined as global.
For now gjs still allows the access for 'const', but get rid of
the warnings spill now by changing it.

We currently allow infinite number of screenshot requests to be active at
the same time, which can "dos" the system and cause OOM.
So fail subsequent requests for the same sender when a screenshot operation
is already running.

Taking an area screenshot doesn't work currently when in "grab mode",
for instance when the message tray or top bar menus are open. Fix
this by using GrabHelper for selecting the area, so grabs are properly
stacked for us.

We currently only ensure that width and height are positive, so it
is still possible to pass in values that don't make any sense at all
(which may even result in a crash when exceeding limits imposed by
X11).
There is nothing to screenshot outside the actual screen area, so
restrict the parameters to that.

The "flash" effect looks awkward when it fades in and out. Real
camera have an immediate flash of light, which then seems to fade
out as our eyes readjust the rapid change in lighting.

Since we're breaking API already, take this as an occasion to use a
separate interface for all the screenshot-related methods. The interface
name is org.gnome.Shell.Screenshot.
Internally, move all the related code to screenshot.js.
