For sudo, only allow "sudo" or "sudoedit" as the program name.
...
The program name is also used when matching Debug lines in sudo.conf.
We don't want the user to be able to influence sudo.conf Debug matching.
The string "sudoedit" is treated the same as "sudo" in sudo.conf.
Problem reported by Matthias Gerstner of SUSE.

Include string.h unconditionally and only use strings.h for strn?casecmp()

In the pre-POSIX days BSD had strings.h, not string.h.
Now strings.h is only used for non-ANSI string functions.

We no longer need to include headers we don't use for sudo*.h files.
...
Previously we needed to include headers required by the various
sudo*h files. Now those files are more self-sufficient and we
should only include headers needed by code in the various .c files.

Remove pstat_getproc() path as pst_ucomm on HP-UX will return the

Avoid passing -no-fast-install to libtool as this results in the

build dir being left in the library path of the installed executable.
Instead, we remove the "lt-" prefix from the program name in
initprogname() so that the regress test output is unaffected by
libtool's binary wrapper.
