e343e07543 Use #include <foo.h> instead of #include "foo.h" in most cases. 
We rely on the include path to find many of these headers.  It
especially doesn't make sense to use #include "foo.h" for headers
in the top-level include directory.

8ef5c4cf9d Set DEFAULT_TEXT_DOMAIN in lib/util's Makefile not individual .c files. 
We no longer need to include sudo_gettext.h before sudo_compat.h

dd88460800 We no longer need to include headers we don't use for sudo*.h files. 
Previously we needed to include headers required by the various
sudo*h files.  Now those files are more self-sufficient and we
should only include headers needed by code in the various .c files.

f7d7a9a619 Fix the default nofiles and stack hard limits. 
The table of default hard limits in /etc/security/limits was out
of date with respect to the current documentation.  The default
hard limit for nofiles should be unlimited, not 8196.  The default
hard limit for stack should be 4194304 blocks (which fits in an
unsigned long on 32-bit platforms).

3f022419ae Be consistent with the naming of the variable used to store the 
function return value.  Previously, some code used "rval", some
used "ret".  This standardizes on "ret" and uses "rc" for temporary
return codes.

1052a7205f Fix setting of hard stack limit when stack_hard is not specified 
in /etc/security/limits.  When 64-bit resource limits are supported
we can use the default value of 8388608 512-byte blocks directly.
We should only resort to using RLIM_SAVED_MAX for 32-bit resource
limits.

6cbba7d665 Add an administrative domain to the passwd/group cache key for 
AIX which can have different name <-> ID mappings depending
on whether the database is local, LDAP, etc.

41a32a1c58 When calling setauthdb(), save the old registry value so we can 
restore it properly.  Previously we were setting the registry to
unrestricted instead of actually restoring it.

866cfc4fc3 Add support for multiple Debug lines per program. Callers may 
register arbitrary debug facilities or use built-in defaults.  We
now use separate Debug statements for plugins and programs.
