a16dee915b Add support for plugin args at the end of a Plugin line in sudo.conf. 
Bump the minor number accordingly and update the documentation.  A
plugin must check the sudo front end's version before using the
plugin_args parameter since it is only supported for API version
1.2 and higher.

cb66fc6f10 Use -m not -M for install-sh for everything except setuid. 
Install locale .mo files mode 0444, not 0644.
If timedir parent doesn't exist, use default dir mode, not 0700.

9f0abb4692 Add support for setenv entries in login.conf. We can't use LOGIN_SETENV 
since the plugin sets up the envp the command is executed with.
Also regen the Makefile.in files while here.  Fixes bug #527

89cd8c2ff1 Back out the --with-libpath addition to SUDOERS_LDFLAGS since that 
now include LDFLAGS in the sudoers Makefile.in.
Add missing settng of @LDFLAGS@ in plugin Makefile.in files.

021e2a94b9 The --with-libpath option now adds to SUDOERS_LDFLAGS as well as LDFLAGS. 
Remove old -static hack for HP-UX < 9.
Add LTLDFLAGS and set it to -Wc,-static-libgcc if not using GNU ld so we
    don't have a dependency on the shared libgcc in sudoers.so.

498248d1f0 Install plugins manually instead of using libtool. This works 
around a problem on AIX where libtool will install a .a file
containing the .so file instead of the .so file itself.

f538ed4e35 Add dlopen() emulation for systems without it. 
For HP-UX 10, emulate using shl_load().
For others, link sudoers plugin statically and use a lookup
table to emulate dlsym().

30fe4a067c Set usrinfo for AIX 
Set adminstrative domain for the process when looking up user's
    password or group info and when preparing for execve().
Include strings.h even if string.h exists since they may define
    different things.  Fixes warnings on AIX and others.

b8b006a885 Move code common to sudo and the sudoers plugin to a convenience library, 
libcommon.  Removes the need to make links in the sudoers plugin dir
and reduces re-compilation of duplicate object files.

fa717176b2 Remove check_sudoedit function pointer in struct sudo_policy. 
Instead, sudo will set sudoedit=true in the settings array.
The plugin should check for this and modify argv_out as appropriate
in check_policy.

3ac9aee52e If plugin sets "sudoedit=true" in the command info, enable 
sudoedit mode even if not invoked as sudoedit.  This allows
a plugin to enable sudoedit when the user runs an editor.

This can be used instead of the conversation function to display

d346e50903 Use angle brackets when including headers that can only be found when 
an -I flag is specified.  The files in the compat dir could get away
with double quotes here but I've converted all the source files
to use angle brackets for consistency.

eec5235d19 Rewrite compat/getprogname.c and add setprogname(). 
The progname is now passed to the plugin via the settings array.
