98a15d9879 Add a struct sudo_conv_callback that contains on_suspend and on_resume

9b514ed83c Historically, crypt() returned the empty string on error, which 
ensured that crypt("", "") would return "", which supported matcing
empty encrypted passwords with no additional code.  Some modern
versions of crypt() (such as glibc) return NULL on error so we need
an explicit test to match an empty plaintext password and an empty
encrypted password.

866cfc4fc3 Add support for multiple Debug lines per program. Callers may 
register arbitrary debug facilities or use built-in defaults.  We
now use separate Debug statements for plugins and programs.

1f3ea50afd Implement memset_s() and use it instead of zero_bytes(). 
A new constant, SUDO_CONV_REPL_MAX, is defined by the plugin
API as the max conversation reply length.  This constant can be
used as a max value for memset_s() when clearing passwords
filled in by the conversation function.

6f718ee3cd Check for crypt() returning NULL. Traditionally, crypt() never returned 
NULL but newer versions of eglibc have a crypt() that does.  Bug #598

1d7072fe09 Don't include <sys/param.h>. We only needed it for MAXPATHLEN, 
MAXHOSTNAMELEN and the MIN/MAX macros.  We now use PATH_MAX and
HOST_NAME_MAX throughout without falling back on MAXPATHLEN or
MAXHOSTNAMELEN and define our own MIN/MAX macros as needed.

bceb5df158 Modify the authentication API such that the init and cleanup functions 
are always called, regardless of whether or not we are going to
verify a password.  This is needed for proper PAM session support.

96cb890d53 No need to look up shadow password unless we are doing password-style 
authentication.  This moves the shadow password lookup to the auth
functions that need it.

30fe4a067c Set usrinfo for AIX 
Set adminstrative domain for the process when looking up user's
    password or group info and when preparing for execve().
Include strings.h even if string.h exists since they may define
    different things.  Fixes warnings on AIX and others.
