78d2b42b7e Remove @SOEXT@ and @SHLIB_EXT@ now that we use libtool to install 
shared objects.  Instead, use the new @SHLIB_ENABLE@ that is set
to the value of $enable_dlopen.  For sudo_noexec.so there is nothing
special to do since the install-noexec target is only called when
noexec is enabled by configure.

0d81263e26 Instead of setprogname(), add initprogname() which gets the program

87e1ae76af Uniquify header dependencies so we don't end up with duplicates 
when a header file includes other headers.  The header dependencies
are sorted so the generated order is stable.

9722784e1c Always install plugins with a .so extension regardless of what 
extension the system uses for shared libraries.  That way the
group_plugin sudoers setting can be shared between heterogenous
systems.

1d7072fe09 Don't include <sys/param.h>. We only needed it for MAXPATHLEN, 
MAXHOSTNAMELEN and the MIN/MAX macros.  We now use PATH_MAX and
HOST_NAME_MAX throughout without falling back on MAXPATHLEN or
MAXHOSTNAMELEN and define our own MIN/MAX macros as needed.

47abbb90a2 Don't use a map file for sudo_noexec.so since Solaris ld doesn't 
allow '*' in the global section.  The libtool export flag is now
added to LT_LDFLAGS instead of commenting/uncommenting lines.

6f6b0dec6c Use gcc's visibility attribute to specify when symbols are visible 
or hidden, if available.  If not available, use an ELF version
script if it is supported.  If all else fails, fall back to using
libtool's -export-symbols.

a16dee915b Add support for plugin args at the end of a Plugin line in sudo.conf. 
Bump the minor number accordingly and update the documentation.  A
plugin must check the sudo front end's version before using the
plugin_args parameter since it is only supported for API version
1.2 and higher.

cb66fc6f10 Use -m not -M for install-sh for everything except setuid. 
Install locale .mo files mode 0444, not 0644.
If timedir parent doesn't exist, use default dir mode, not 0700.

9f0abb4692 Add support for setenv entries in login.conf. We can't use LOGIN_SETENV 
since the plugin sets up the envp the command is executed with.
Also regen the Makefile.in files while here.  Fixes bug #527

89cd8c2ff1 Back out the --with-libpath addition to SUDOERS_LDFLAGS since that 
now include LDFLAGS in the sudoers Makefile.in.
Add missing settng of @LDFLAGS@ in plugin Makefile.in files.

021e2a94b9 The --with-libpath option now adds to SUDOERS_LDFLAGS as well as LDFLAGS. 
Remove old -static hack for HP-UX < 9.
Add LTLDFLAGS and set it to -Wc,-static-libgcc if not using GNU ld so we
    don't have a dependency on the shared libgcc in sudoers.so.

498248d1f0 Install plugins manually instead of using libtool. This works 
around a problem on AIX where libtool will install a .a file
containing the .so file instead of the .so file itself.
