* cogl-material:
 clutter-{clone-,}texture weren't updating their material opacity.
 Updates GLES1 support for CoglMaterial
 Normalizes gl vs gles code in preperation for synching material changes

 Fully integrates CoglMaterial throughout the rest of Cogl
