	* src/window.c (update_icon): half-ass implementation of
	getting pixmap icons (WM_NORMAL_HINTS and KWM_WIN_ICON).
	Ignores mask for now, with possibly ugly results for
	some apps.
	(read_rgb_icon): fixage
