Owen W. Taylor cd0fdbb7d5 Honor ACLOCAL_FLAGS in autogen.sh
autoreconf doesn't pay attention to the ACLOCAL_FLAGS variable that
jhbuild (for example) sets. Pass those flags into autoreconf by
setting ACLOCAL appropriately.
