Jonas Ådahl	5c500ad402	backend: Move GPU ownership from the monitor manager to the backend ... Lets work towards making MetaMonitorManager about managing monitors, and not about managing GPUs. Make meson link libmutter using -fvisibility=hidden, and introduce META_EXPORT and META_EXPORT_TEST defines to mark a symbols as visible. The TEST version is meant to be used to flag symbols that are only used internally by mutter tests, but that should not be considered public API. Split up the X11 backend into two parts, one for running as a Compositing Manager, and one for running as a nested Wayland compositor.
