Used to log multiple line entries. Just make continue prefix things, no
need to mess with maybe-prefixing; it'll just complicate using some less
custom logging functionality.

It's pointless to call into functions that produce information that will

This is so that cogl-trace.h can start using things from cogl-macros.h,
and so that it doesn't leak cogl-config.h into the world, while exposing
it to e.g. gnome-shell so that it can make use of it as well. There is
no practical reason why we shouldn't just include cogl-trace.h via
cogl.h as we do with everything else.

MetaGravity is an enum, where the values match the X11 macros used for
gravity, with the exception that `ForgetGravity` was renamed
`META_GRAVITY_NONE` to have less of a obscure name.
The motivation for this is to rely less on libX11 data types and macros
in generic code.

while we can just use g_slist_free_full as per GLib 2.28.

Commit 25f416c13d added additional compilation warnings, including
-Werror=return-type. There are several places where this results
in build failures if `g_assert_not_reached()` is disabled at compile
time and the compiler misses a return value.

The order and way include macros were structured was chaotic, with no
real common thread between files. Try to tidy up the mess with some
common scheme, to make things look less messy.
If a MetaLater callback queued another MetaLater with a scheduling
later than the one currently being invoked, make it so that the newly
scheduled callback will actually be invoked.
The fact that it doesn't already do this is a regression from

Doing this synchronously means that zenity tries to initialize GTK+.
Under Wayland, that will try to connect back to mutter as a display
server. We're waiting on zenity to exit, and zenity is waiting for
a connection response. Deadlock.
Simply assume that zenity will support all the options we feed it,
since it should be the correct version. Perhaps we should replace
our use of zenity with a simple helper binary that we know will
have all the right options if this still isn't good enough.
Warnings that are going to the journal should be not translated:
they're not user visible, and translating them would just make
bug reporting harder (as now the developers need to understand
what the warning is saying)
