The introspection scanner has become slightly more annoying, in the hope
that people start fixing their annotations. As it turns out, it was the
right move.

Tag all deprecated symbols using CLUTTER_DEPRECATED
...
This requires some minor surgery in the build to disable the deprecation
warnings in the deprecated classes.
