ffac294520 clutter: Pass anchor position to ClutterInputFocus
Some implementations may need this (namely, the one that drives
the Wayland protocol), so pass this along from the IM events.

cd0c47a25a clutter: Shuffle handling of IM reset on button presses
Unfortunately we cannot do this generically since the target of the
button/touch press does matter, e.g. tapping on the OSK, or clicking
the IBus candidates window. These situations should not trigger a
reset.

So be more selective about the situations where button/touch presses
trigger an IM reset, in the case of ClutterText these are still clicks
inside the actor, for Wayland's text-input it is when clicking the
surface that has text_input focus.

For all other situations where clicking anywhere else might make
sense to trigger an IM reset are covered by the focus changing paths,
that also ensure a reset before changing focus between surfaces/actors.

3b6f9111c7 clutter: Only reset preedit text if set
On ClutterInputFocus::reset, avoid to unset the preedit text if
none was set earlier. This seems to trick GTK clients into focusing
the cursor position again, even when we are moving away from it.

765f41de80 clutter: Add ClutterPreeditResetMode hint to preedit text
This mode is passed along by the ClutterInputMethod, the
ClutterInputFocus will preserve it and ensure it is honored
whenever the IM is being reset.

This mode is immediate. The ClutterInputFocus commits the
text directly without queueing a CLUTTER_IM_COMMIT event.
This is important so events are serialized in the right order
in the wayland implementations (i.e. commit before wl_pointer.press).

9c20b4144a clutter: Handle touch down and button press events in ClutterInputFocus
In line with GTK, the input method context should be reset when clicks
are handled by the ClutterInputFocus user. The reset action can then
either clear or commit the preedit text, as configured by the IM module.

fb6ff75a97 clutter: Prepare input focus for IM event delivery
The clutter_input_focus_filter_key_event() function has been made
a more generic filter_event(). Besides its old role about letting
key events go through the IM, it will also process the IM events
that are possibly injected as a result.

Users have been updated to these changes.

2cfdbbd730 clutter: Enable negative offsets in delete surrounding text
The input method can assign a negative value to
clutter_input_method_delete_surrounding() to move the cursor to the left.
But Wayland protocol accepts positive values in delete_surrounding() and
GTK converts the values to the negative ones in
text_input_delete_surrounding_text_apply().

3fd0e23ed9 clutter: Make ClutterInputFocus API to set panel state explicit
Before we just had API to toggle the OSK panel state. Make this API
generic so the upper layers may set the state as they see fit.
All callers have been updated.

aa6561a3b1 clutter: Add ClutterInputMethod and ClutterInputFocus
ClutterInputFocus is an abstract object to be subclassed by UI actors and
the wayland interface and represents the user of an input method. It
represents the current focus of the input method, so all emitted signals
and public API hooks are expected to be called when the input method is
currently interfacing with the input focus.

ClutterInputMethod is an abstract class (to be implemented in the upper
layers) that represents the input method itself. Besides focus management
itself, all public API calls that would be called by the subclasses are
delivered through the current input focus.
