d382d55eae edid: Fix up libdisplay-info support 
* The code did not compile before.
* Change the MetaEdidInfo struct to be more friendly to libdisplay-info
* Change to nit based luminance from encoded values

7f18cae282 edid: Integrate libdisplay-info for edid parsing 
Hides libdisplay-info under a build time default-off flag,
provides provision to parse essential edid parameters with
APIs provided by libdisplay-info. This implementaion increases
readibility, avoids code duplication and decreases complexity
of edid parsing.

80626edfea edid: Parse CTA-861 Colorimetry Data Block (CDB) 
Parses the CTA-861 extensions data blocks to extract the supported
colorimetry which can be set with the KMS connectors `Colorspace`
property.

d76f9e6c4a edid: Parse CTA-861 EDID extension 
This adds support for E-EDID extensions. Tags are allocated by VESA and
the CTA has such an extension defined in CTA-861.

The switch in `decode_ext_cta` is empty in this commit because we don't
parse any CTA-861 data blocks, yet.

de2443bc3e edid: Prepare types for wider exposure 
The EDID code is copy from elsewhere, without adapting to conventions
regarding e.g. API and types. Clean this up a bit, as EDID information
will be kept around longer when possible, to be used e.g. by color
management.

2f4a68c8c3 Clean up include macros mess 
The order and way include macros were structured was chaotic, with no
real common thread between files. Try to tidy up the mess with some
common scheme, to make things look less messy.
