Carlos Garnacho	24dbfbfcf2	backends: Store whether views are scaled in MetaViewportInfo ... We need to pass this info from the main thread, as that pokes the MetaMonitorManager underneath. Carlos Garnacho	0c1d48bd08	backends: Add simple object to delegate logical monitor layout queries ... This object can be passed to random places, and be trusted to remain unchanged till replaced.
