framebuffer: track context as CoglFramebuffer member
The long term goal with the Cogl API is that we will get rid of the default global context. As a step towards this, this patch tracks a reference back to the context in each CoglFramebuffer so in a lot of cases we can avoid using the _COGL_GET_CONTEXT macro.
