Fix out-of-tree build.

This patch fixes an issue encountered when building mutter
out-of-tree:

  * When generating mutter-enum-types.[ch], the glib-mkenums command is
    executed from $(srcdir), so it is wrong to prepend $(srcdir) to the
    template file.
