backends/x11: Use new event constructors
Use the new event constructors to create input events, instead of creating them through clutter_event_new (CLUTTER_NOTHING) and struct field fiddling. Part-of: <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/3153>
