kms/impl-device: Avoid retrying a failing deadline timer
So as to not fill the log with: Failed to determine deadline: drmWaitVBlank failed: Operation not permitted This currently happens on nvidia-drm but hopefully Nvidia will fix that in future. Relates to: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/2923, https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/2924 Part-of: <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/3138>
