	Patch from Soeren Sandmann #108926 to improve opaque resize

	* src/frame.c (meta_window_ensure_frame): new function

	* src/ui.c (meta_ui_create_frame_window): new function to create
	a frame with GDK, so that GDK's invalidation etc. work properly
