core: Use b/w unicode for tablet mode OSD
This unicode was initially meant to be b/w, but fonts and pango eventually had another plan and we ended up with color glyphs being used here, so we get strings like "⚫⚪⚪⚪". Change the unicode used to ensure these are simpler b/w glyhps like "● ○ ○ ○" that are easier to read on the OSD (and maybe even a bit less ugly). Fixes: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/4733 Part-of: <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/2064>
