backends/native: Use MetaKmsPlaneRotation in plane updates

The ImplDeviceAtomic converts the MetaKmsPlaneRotation back to the
concrete KMS value. The MetaMonitorTransform is always directly
converted to a MetaKmsPlaneRotation.
