Remove unused TEXTURE_IN_CLONE_PAINT private flag

The CLUTTER_TEXTURE_IN_CLONE_PAINT was used with the old CloneTexture
actor; now that we have ClutterClone nothing sets the private flag
anymore, and the flag itself is not needed.
