When resizing a window with the keyboard, stay one pixels from the edges

2008-02-18  Thomas Thurman  <tthurman@gnome.org>

        * src/core/window.c (warp_grab_pointer): When
	resizing a window with the keyboard, stay one
	pixels from the edges so that the cursor remains
	resting on a window edge even if we escape,
	whatever side it was on. Closes #436257.
