Rui Matos fdd6fc976c Revert "workspace: Grab the key focus when hovering over a window" 
Turns out this makes interaction with the OSK or candidate popups
using a mouse basically impossible since they get dismissed when the
key focus is captured by a window in the overview.

This reverts commit aeb9f5775f.
