Georges Basile Stavracas Neto 47cd3c5b57 appDisplay: Cleanup BaseAppView

All subclasses of BaseAppView now are horizontal, thus we
don't need to deal with the vertical case anymore.

Remove the corresponding parameter from the BaseAppView
constructor, and move the StBoxLayout that both AppDisplay
and FolderView have in common into the base class.
