The login screen is no longer even remotely dialog-like, so using ModalDialog is pretty weird. It also makes it difficult to put the session list in the same place as the spinner. This commit moves loginDialog away from using modal dialog. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=702818
