Razze c853de20eb loginDialog: Keep hint string from pushing the login box higher 
When we display the hint string for e.g. (or swipe finger), the login
box gets pushed up. This is leftover from older styling and should be
removed. The padding-top is unnecessary and can also be removed, so just
remove the whole line styling login-dialog-message-hint from the
stylesheet.

GNOME Shell Sass

GNOME Shell Sass is a project intended to allow the sharing of the theme sources in sass between gnome-shell and other projects like gnome-shell-extensions.

Any changes should be done in the GNOME Shell subtree and not the stand-alone gnome-shell-sass repository. They will then be synchronized periodically before releases.
