notificationDaemon: Do the same for GTK+ notifications
There is not good reason why activating a GTK+ notification should behave fundamentally different from fd.o notifications - we don't raise the app because we expect it to perform an appropriate action, but that does not include closing overview or calendar for us ... https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=744817
