AltTabPopup was calling global.stage.get_actor_at_pos() "to force a stage relayout", but that function does not actually have that effect. It was also occasionally causing Clutter warnings (possibly due to a clutter pick-buffer-caching bug?). So just remove the call. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=650317
