Carlos Garnacho 69ad75cf48 shell-app-system: Cache GAppInfos around 
This was called here just to end up emitting ::installed-changed,
which would trigger other g_app_info_get_all() calls. Cache it here
so it may be reused later on.

GNOME Shell

GNOME Shell provides core user interface functions for the GNOME 3 desktop, like switching to windows and launching applications. GNOME Shell takes advantage of the capabilities of modern graphics hardware and introduces innovative user interface concepts to provide a visually attractive and easy to use experience.
