Daniel van Vugt 374a2b2c51 theme: Remove background-color from .workspace-background

It's not visible because it's covered by the actual wallpaper, so
not rendering it eliminates most of the render time for
`workspace-background`, without changing its appearance.

When animating the overview by tapping Super, this reduces the
shell's overall render time by about 15%.

GNOME Shell Sass

GNOME Shell Sass is a project intended to allow the sharing of the theme sources in sass between gnome-shell and other projects like gnome-shell-extensions.

Any changes should be done in the GNOME Shell subtree and not the stand-alone gnome-shell-sass repository. They will then be synchronized periodically before releases.
