Bastien Nocera 1f2d7fa28f Bluetooth: Remove ObexFTP functionality

ObexFTP browsing in gvfs is completely broken, and unmaintained.

Remove the UI for it. The more adventurous can go and use it
(as long as I don't get the bug reports).
