The extensions app is another part of the code base that is largely separate from the main code base, and can therefore be ported to ESM before the big switch. Florian Müllner	b02e3719b3	extensions-app: Rename executable ... We kept the old binary name when overhauling the tool for the Extensions app to avoid unnecessary churn for packagers/distributors.
