Dan Winship	0549f42030	panel, layout: clean up HotCorner handling ... Move the HotCorner class from panel to layout, and make the panel manage its own HotCorner. Dan Winship	64b2b4a7d4	layout: new file handling shell layout ... Remove ShellGlobal's monitor-related methods, and have Main.layoutManager provide that information instead.
