environment: Add some convenience LayoutManager monkey-patching

Similar to our ClutterContainer monkey-patching, we can add some
convenience to existing ClutterLayoutManagers:

 - hookup_style() to bind layoutManager properties to CSS properties
 - child_set() to set child properties
