allView: Redisplay on folder changes
Now that redisplaying is a lightweight operation that only adds and removes what changed, we can not be concerned about redisplaying on folder changes. Redisplaying will be necessary when custom order in the app grid is implemented, in order to update not only which icons are hidden, but also their position. Call _redisplay() in AllView when folders change. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/merge_requests/645
