hardcoded /etc/machine-id
...
Otherwise systemd will bind-mount tmpfs on this file and generate a new
machine-id on each boot. This causes persistent journal to not
work correctly.

Imported two recipes needed by meta-rust from openembedded.
...
meta-rust has a LAYERDEPENDS on openembedded, but only needs
these two recipes. Import the recipes and override the dependency
var in citadel-distro.conf
