This function returns a string of the boxed value considering type, size and count; and adds a name. e.g: vec2 scale = vec2(1.0000, 1.0000) Also handle NULL cases on _cogl_boxed_value_equal. This will be used by the next commit. Part-of: <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/3965>
