Bug 1011 - Fix TFP fallback mechanism (take 2)

        * clutter/glx/clutter-glx-texture-pixmap.c:
        * tests/test-pixmap.c:
        Slightly modified patch from Gwenole Beauchesne applied
       to better handle both falling back to non accelerated tfp
       and improvements to the test case.
