MISC

- implemenent a 1 to 1 mapping of COGL_FEATURE flags
  into CLUTTER_FEATURE flags before combining them
  into final clutter flags value (clutter-feature.c)

TEXTURE

- cogl_texture_get_data, cogl_texture_set_region in GLES

- YUV texture format support (multitexturing + shader)

FBO

- add stencil, depth and other renderbuffers to fbos

- cogl_offscreen_new_multisample

- test cogl_offscreen_blit

- add "filter" argument to cogl_offscreen_blit
