tests/x11: Fix replace test to catch the second instance failing
...
The test never noticed that the second instance never actually managed
to load; it was looping a multi second retry session trying to redirect
windows, meaning it failed to catch https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/3089 .
Fix the test so that it always waits for mutter to finish loading
successfully, just like it waits fro the first.

tests: Use a more interoperable path to bash
...
On systems that have undergone the /usr merge, /bin/bash and
/usr/bin/bash can be used interchangeably, but on systems where /bin and
/usr/bin are separate (such as Debian 11 or older), bash was traditionally
in /bin and there is no bash in /usr/bin.

tests: Add basic X11 WM test
...
This launches Xvfb, using xvfb-run, and inside tests the following:
1. Launching 'mutter --x11' works
2. Launching a couple of X11 clients works (doesn't crash or result in
warnings)
3. Launching 'mutter --x11 --replace' works
4. Terminating works
It does this using a simple shell script.
