9a68fb19e4 clutter: Remove 'features'
There are no 'features' left, the last one, GLSL shader support, was
moved to Cogl.

This also move the Cogl context creation to a more sensible place, as it
was hidden away in the feature initialization.

74230038c9 Remove checks for GLSL
The Cogl feature was removed a while back, while Clutter just hard coded
it to TRUE. Lets remove the confusion that GLSL isn't supported and just
remove the (dead) fallback paths.

8b977e9046 clutter: Stop using GSlice
It has been inofficially deprecated for years, is known to cause issues
with valgrind and potentially hides memory corruption.
Lets stop using it.

26c1a5eedf clutter/offscreen-effect: Use paint nodes to paint target
Add a new ClutterPaintNode parameter to the paint_target() vfunc.
For now, create a temporary ClutterEffectNode that is passed to
paint_target() and immediately painted; next commits will move
this to upper layers.

51094de8c4 cogl/matrix: Rename and change cogl_matrix_get_array()
Rename cogl_matrix_get_array() to cogl_matrix_to_float(), and
make it copy the floats to an out argument instead of returning
a pointer to the casted CoglMatrix struct.

The naming change is specifically made to match graphene's,
and ease the transition.

49c8d42317 clutter: Introduce paint contexts
When painting, actors rely on semi global state tracked by the state to
get various things needed for painting, such as the current draw
framebuffer. Having state hidden in such ways can be very deceiving as
it's hard to follow changes spread out, and adding more and more state
that should be tracked during a paint gets annoying as they will not
change in isolation but one by one in their own places. To do this
better, introduce a paint context that is passed along in paint calls
that contains the necessary state needed during painting.

The paint context implements a framebuffer stack just as Cogl works,
which is currently needed for offscreen rendering used by clutter.

The same context is passed around for paint nodes, contents and effects
as well.

In this commit, the context is only introduced, but not used. It aims to
replace the Cogl framebuffer stack, and will allow actors to know what
view it is currently painted on.

23f77a1b63 cogl: Remove cogl_handle_ref/unref
This is for all intents and purposes the same as
`cogl_object_ref/unref`, but still refers to handles rather than
objects (while we're trying to get rid of the former) so it's a bit of
unnecessary redundant API.

943b069996 clutter/shader-effect: Initialize shader-type properly
The default value of the ClutterShaderEffect:shader-type
property is CLUTTER_FRAGMENT_SHADER. However, because the
struct field is not actually initialized to it, it ends
up assuming the value 0, which is CLUTTER_VERTEX_SHADER.

Properly initialize ClutterShaderEffect's shader_type to
CLUTTER_FRAGMENT_SHADER.

de41f3ea28 clutter: Fix builds with G_DISABLE_ASSERT
Commit 25f416c13d added additional compilation warnings, including
-Werror=return-type. There are several places where this results
in build failures if `g_assert_not_reached()` is disabled at compile
time and the compiler misses a return value.

eed71654ba Don't pretend we don't have CoglShader
We bypass our build configuration to fetch API from a version which
isn't the one we actually use. Stop bypassing and just admit that the
1.0 API is still there, but still deprecated.

bf71cb2e3c Don't use config.h in clutter and cogl
In cogl use cogl-config.h and in clutter use clutter-build-config.h. We
can't use clutter-config.h in clutter because its already used and
installed.
